Jenny O’Brien

A self-confessed dreamer, Jenny is a committed personal growth practitioner whose daily practices include coaching, journaling, meditation, physical training, yoga, and daily gratitude. Jenny is also a qualified Health & Wellness Coach and Meditation teacher and loves nothing more than working with and inspiring clients to make positive and lasting change in their life.

Passionate, kind and caring, Jenny’s health and wellness journey began after a series of ‘life-challenges and dealing with mental issues’ with her family and stressful corporate career, forced her to work on herself. Since prioritising her health and wellbeing and adopting daily practices and habits, Jenny is now sharing this passion to empower other people to live their best life through Barossa Wellness’ holistic experiences and programs.

Jenny’s approach to wellness is kind, calm, generous and supportive. She is passionate about health, wellness and sustainability and loves working with others to guide them on their own self-improvement journey. Jenny thrives on connecting people and cultivating meaningful relationships within communities, collaboration is at the heart of all she does.

Her life ambition is to live in an environment that is conducive to a happy and healthy life for her, her beautiful great niece who she is now a full time carer for and community. For Jenny this means being surrounded by good people, nature, eating wholesome and healthy foods, daily meditation, yoga and physical activity.

For Jenny, Barossa Wellness combines her love of self-improvement and being able to help others. The vision for Barossa Wellness is to empower people to live their best, healthiest, happiest and most balanced life. With a specific approach and commitment to mind, body and spirit, Barossa Wellness will nourish, restore and inspire individuals and encourage them to thrive through support and encouragement.
