This course is offered to ignite and inspire an ongoing meditation practice. Learn to meditate in 3 practical sessions that take you through the steps to establish a meditation practice.

We check-in a week after our last session together (day-21) laying the foundations for a regular practice to feel relaxed, at ease and upgrade your brain!
