This course is offered every few months to ignite and inspire an ongoing meditation practice. Learn to meditate in 3 easy and light hearted sessions that take you through the steps to establish a practice.

All up, we lay the foundations with 21-days of practice together (we check-in with you a week after our last session together) to feel happier, less stressed and upgrade your brain!
