Your Retreat

We create time for you to truly unwind and ‘just be’… on arrival for your weekend retreat enjoy time to settle in, canapés, organic wines and a special gift.

Your accommodation is five star luxurious en-suite rooms, with space for 14 special guests. Enjoy full use of the beautiful outdoor pool with views (weather permitting).

Breeze your way through daily yoga and meditation practices and functional fitness exploring the stunning landscape. Your evenings include yin yoga and guided yoga nidra for deep restoration and relaxation.

Be nourished right the way through the retreat with meals prepared by a local chef with a passion for seasonal local produce and unlimited teas and wholesome grazing nibbles.

On the Saturday a few special people will join for the Day Retreat with yoga, meditation and renowned Ayurvedic Doctor in training, Lydia Rega, taking you through an incredible plant-based cooking workshop with delicious tastings.

STONE MASONS COTTAGE - exclusive use

The Stonemason’s Cottage is a special hideaway for those wanting some extra space and privacy.

The beautiful stone cottage is at the rear of the main house and features cosy lounge room with open fire, bedroom and sumptuous windowed bathroom with generous double shower and spa bath.

Low ceilings, exposed beams and a private walled garden help make this a retreat of tremendous charm.

Twin share king-single can be joined for one bed, fine linen, a choice of pillows (duck feather, latex and microfiber) and a sofa bed.

Each day of the retreat you’ll experience deeply restorative and nourishing yoga and meditation sessions with Tanya, founder of True North Yoga and co-founder of Barossa Wellness.

With over 20 years experience in the health and wellness sector, Tanya has a unique capacity to share the tried and true ancient practices of yoga and meditation in a practical way for everyday living.

You’ll experience the calming and healing benefits of yoga and meditation through breath and relaxed focus, releasing, unwinding and breathing space into the body and mind, reconnecting with the inner reservoir of peace and calm that resides within.

Introducing the incredible Melanie Kaye from Barossa Exercise Physiology. Another facilitator for the upcoming September Spring Retreat. Mel has worked in the health industry for over 10 years, gaining unique insight into how humans move and what drives them. Mel is an Exercise Physiologist, strength coach and a huge advocate for 'health being an inside job'. Teaching people to move in a way that is both fun and safe, no matter your age or ability. Mel has a huge range of experience from working with athletes, people with chronic conditions, older adults and those just staring their exercise journey.

You’ll be starting each morning of your retreat with a 45 minute movement class with Mel focusing on free movement, strengthening exercises and learning how to 'feel' the purpose of each exercise rather than mimicking a shape. The amazing thing about Mel is she can tailor any move and plan to suit exactly where you are.

No matter what- you will be starting the day feeling energised and ready for the other fabulous things we have planned for you.

Meet the beautiful and talented Lydia from Port Elliot Wellness. Lydia is a Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist and Ayurveda Medicine Practitioner in training. 

Lydia has tailored a 3-hour spring plant based cooking workshop centered  on the principles of Ayurvedic cooking dating back to at least 5000 years, integrating health, nutrition, wellness and balance between mind, body and spirit. It is the only holistic healthy eating and cooking approach that considers eating according to your body type. 

Lydia is passionate about educating that food is your best medicine and understanding how best to include a diverse range of plant based ingredients, packed full of energy from the sun, will improve your overall health and well-being. The Ayurvedic way of cooking introduces you to the fascinating world of this ancient medicine and to a diverse range of healing spices, seeds, leaves, roots and grains, inspiring you how to creatively use them in your cooking to derive all the health benefits for you and your family.

Meet the amazing Conny from Ananda. Conny is qualified in Remedial Massage,  Smart Bowen therapy,  SLM Myotherapy, Reiki and a qualified Yoga teacher.

Conny is our massage therapist and has a gift for finding exactly where in your body to focus on to relieve tension and achieve release and relaxation.

Using a refreshing blend of herbal oils which will enhance blood circulation, stimulate your metabolism, eliminate excess fluids, activate your muscle tissue and enhance your overall sense of wellbeing.

A blissful way to sooth the soul and deeply nourish the body.
