Our ‘Body & Breath’ experience is about connecting to your body through breath, movement, and nutritious food! This is the perfect collaboration between Becc Vidovich (Be…Just Be Pilates), and Kylie Zivic (2B Nourish’d Café and Actively Persistent Lifestyle Personal Training) and Barossa Wellness.
Your morning starts with a pilates session, moving your body in a way that is unique to you, introducing self-care techniques of neuro-lymphatic activation and facia release to help you feel amazing. A guided session in the skill of ‘Diaphragmatic Breathing’ will bring you home to the parasympathetic nervous system to ‘Rest and Digest’. You will then be treated to the most nourishing and warming brunch at 2B Nourish’d Café
Whether you are new to pilates or an experienced campaigner, all are welcome. Connecting to the body for all of us is a work in progress, there is always more to learn. This is the perfect way to spend your Sunday morning, a morning of self-care, connection, and nourishment for your body and soul.
