Welcome to the ‘Empowered Self-Care: Prioritising You’, a 5-week online and peer supported program.
Through this personalised five -week coaching program, you will be guided to;
cultivate inner connection
be ok with saying no and having boundaries
manage stress
optimising sleep routines
and ultimately reclaiming your happiness, positivity, calmness, and energy. Without the guilt!
Here is what you can expect from the five- week program:
Week One: Visioning and Goal Setting! Understanding the mind-body connection and what self care means to you!
Week Two: Prioritising self-care without guilt and setting boundaries
Week Three: Understanding and recognising stress triggers and their impact
Week Four: Habits, routines and setting yourself up for success. Learning how to ask for help.
Week Five: Goal setting, reflection and what’s next!
The Empowered Self- Care: Prioritising You Program’ will help you create self-care habits more easily.
